Together with the Corporate Governance Forum, a conference was organised to provide an overview of key trends in corporate governance. Speakers included Professor Marco Becht (SolvayBrussels School for Economics and Management, Université libre de Bruxelles), Professor Blanaid Clarke (Trinity College Dublin), Professor Paul Davies (University of Oxford), Professor Emeritus Ronald J. Gilson (Stanford Law School, New York), Professor Jesper Lau Hansen (University of Copenhagen), and Professor Emeritus Colin Mayer (University of Oxford).
