Jesper Zackrisson is a newly appointed PhD candidate in civil law and affiliated to SCGI.
His dissertation project will examine the meaning of the different elements of Articles 7 and 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The focus is on listed companies’ disclosure obligations and how, when and where a disclosure should be made in order to comply with MAR. The aim is to improve the understanding of the rules and contribute to a more uniform application for Swedish listed companies.
The supervisors are Erik Lidman, Director of SCGI, Associate Professor and Lecturer at the Universities of Stockholm and Gothenburg, Rolf Skog, Director at SCGI and Associate Professor at the University of Gothenburg, and Jesper Lau Hansen, Professor at the University of Copenhagen.
