In memory of Sven Unger, Mannheimer Swartling and SCGI have announced a post-doctoral fellowship in corporate law for spring 2023. The fellowship has been awarded to Jur. The project will focus for one year on current issues in the field of liability regulation.
The award committee commented on the award and the project:
“Stina’s research project, which focuses on discharge regulation, is topical. It also creatively touches on the areas of law to which Sven has paid particular attention in his academic writing – company law, corporate governance and torts. The Committee looks forward to serving as a reference group for a research project that will be a welcome contribution by a young and talented academic to a subject full of unresolved issues”.
