Erik Lidman has been appointed as a representative to the OECD Corporate Governance Committee. The committee consists of 1–2 representatives from each OECD Member State, and oversees the implementation of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises, co-ordinates and guides the OECD’s work on corporate governance and corporate finance.
