The annual Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (GCGC) was held at Columbia University on June 13–15. The GCGC brings together leading academics from top universities from Europe, the US and Asia. The SCGI is one of the twelve organizing institutions, along with Columbia Law School, Harvard Law School, Stanford Law School, Yale Law School, Goethe University, imperial College, Oxford University, National University of Singapore, Peking University, Seoul University, and the University of Tokyo.
This year, the SCGI was represented by its two directors, Erik Lidman and Rolf Skog.
