Anton Hansson is a newly appointed PhD-candidate in civil law and affiliated to SCGI.
His PhD-project will examine the obligations of equal treatment of bondholders on the Swedish corporate bond market. The objective is to improve the understanding of the rules on equal treatment of bondholders and to analyse whether these rules create adequate investor protection in the corporate bond market.
