Directors Erik Lidman and Rolf Skog participated in and presented at an international conference on the takeover directive on 7-8 November in Vienna. The conference discussed, amongst other things, the lessons learnt from the work on takeover issues over the last 20 years, both within the EU and internationally, as well as the challenges identified and to be addressed in the future.
