On 12 December 2024, a PhD seminar was held to present the project ‘Disclosure obligations of share issuers under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)’, by Jesper Zackrisson. The project’s initial focus has been on examining the definition of inside information as outlined in Article 7.1 littera a) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The discussion was led by Jens Andreasson, Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
