On 11 March 2025, a PhD seminar was held to present the ongoing project ‘Equal treatment of corporate bondholders’. The project is being led by Anton Hansson. In the initial phase of the work, the focus has been on identifying current equal treatment regulation in the EU and discussing the motives for equal treatment in the corporate bond market.
The discussion was led by Jesper Zackrisson, PhD and affiliated researcher at SCGI.
