Mats Isaksson, Director of SCGI, has recently been appointed Chair of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board, and Louise Lindh, board member of SCGI, has been appointed Vice Chair. The Board issues the Swedish Corporate Governance Code and plays a key role in the Swedish corporate governance model. We warmly congratulate them both on their prestigious appointments, and look forward to the opportunity to develop an even stronger bond between academia and the Board.
