On 3 November 2025, a PhD-seminar was held to present the project ‘The definition and interpretation of inside information under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)’, by Jesper Zackrisson. The focus of the project is to examine the definition of inside information as outlined in Article 7.1 littera a) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The discussion was led by Patrik Marcelius, partner at Mannheimer Swartling and Claes Martinson, professor of Civil Law at the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg.
