Stina Bratt

Post Doc

Stina Bratt is a post-doctoral researcher in company law. In 2023 she was awarded the Sven Unger Company Law Scholarship funded by Mannheimer Swartling advokatbyrå. She did her dissertation on the relationship between liability in contract and tort and alternative grounds for liability in contractual relationships and chains of contracts. She has been visiting doctoral researcher at Institute of European and Comparative Law, University of Oxford. She is head of the research panel for general private law at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law.

Ossian Ekdahl

Research Fellow

Ossian has been Active Ownership Officer at Första AP-fonden (AP1), one of the major national pension funds in Sweden until 2023. In that capacity he headed the Council on Ethics (a cooperation between four Swedish AP-funds regarding governance and sustainability matters). He also founded and headed the Swedish Institutional Investors Association (an association for the 18 largest institutional investors in Sweden).

Ossian has a Licentiate of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Ossians research focuses on the corporate governance activities of Swedish institutional investors in an international context.


Andreas Gustafsson

Visiting Fellow

Andreas has 25 years of experience in the financial market, as General Counsel Europe at Nasdaq and Chairman of Nasdaq Stockholm AB, as well as at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. His team has twice won the FT Innovative Lawyers Award in technology (2018) and ESG (2023). He has also been a member of several stakeholder groups such as Swedish self-regulatory bodies, ESMA, EFRAG and CityUK’s Leadership Council. He is currently a member of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board.

Andreas’ research focuses on regulatory frameworks sustaining equity markets in the EU and UK, with emphasis on Nordic developments.

Anton Hansson

PhD Candidate

Anton Hansson is a doctoral candidate in civil law at Gothenburg University, with a focus on company law and securities market law. He is currently working on a research project concerning equal treatment of corporate bond holders. Before starting his doctoral studies, he was an associate at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå.

Mats Isaksson

Director

Mats Isaksson is Chairman of the board of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board. He was until 2021 the head of the Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance Division at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), focused on public policy advise in corporate governance, capital markets and state-owned enterprises. Mr. Isaksson serves on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University and is already a Senior Visiting Fellow at the SCCL. He is a founding Director of the Swedish Corporate Governance Forum (CGF) and a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Corporate Governance Network.

Erik Lidman

Professor / Director

Erik Lidman is a professor of corporate law at Stockholm University. He has written extensively in the areas of corporate governance, company law and stock market regulation, and have consulted for organisations such as the OECD, the World Bank and the Swedish Corporate Governance Board. He is an editor of the Nordic Journal of Corporate Law and a co-manager for the Corporate Governance Forum (CGF). He is also a rapporteur to the Securities Council (Aktiemarknadsnämnden), one of Sweden’s representatives in the ESMA Shareholder Transactions Working Group and the OECD Corporate Governance Committee, and the secretary to the Nasdaq Stockholm Disciplinary Committee.

Alexandra Park Larsson

PhD Candidate

Alexandra Park Larsson is a doctoral candidate in civil law at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL), Department of Law, Stockholm University. Her specific research focus is on company law and stock market regulation. She is currently working on a research project on capital increases in Swedish listed companies through non-preemptive share issuances (private placements). She is also an editorial secretary of the Nordic Journal of Corporate Law. Before embarking on doctoral studies, she worked as an associate at Linklaters, Stockholm office.

Rolf Skog

Professor / Director

Rolf Skog was the driving force behind the Swedish companies act 2005 and is one of the globally leading corporate law scholars. He has published over 200 academic articles on company law, stock market regulation and corporate governance. He is a director general of the Swedish Securities Council (Aktiemarknadsnämnden), a company law expert at the Swedish Ministry of Justice, and a member of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee, and has held professorial positions at a number of universities in Sweden and abroad, including Columbia Law School.

Jesper Zackrisson

PhD Candidate

Jesper Zackrisson is a PhD candidate in civil law at the University of Gothenburg. His research is focused on company law and stock market regulation, and his dissertation project concerns inside information and disclosure obligations of share issuers under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. In addition to his academic work, Jesper is assistant manager of the Corporate Governance Forum (CGF) and secretary to the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute (SCGI) and the Swedish Securities Council (Aktiemarknadsnämnden).
