Mats Isaksson, Director of the SCGI and Chair of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board was invited to speak at the 10th Sorbonne at the European Company Case Law Review. The symposium addressed current developments in company law and financial markets law in Europe. Isaksson gave a presentation on SCGI’s work with OECD on Swedish capital market developments and was made with a view to the EU savings and investment initiative where reforms and developments in Sweden are attracting increased international attention.
